We often come across people and situations that make us feel bad about ourselves and dent our self-esteem. Some people have the ability to make us feel to blame, and show no signs of empathy or compassion leaving us feeling confused and worthless.
We forget that this is because of insecurities and ill feeling in those people. They project their issues onto others, failing to take responsibility for themselves or adapting their own behaviour.
