Drink Water
 
Water is essential to good health in the body and mind, as our bodies are made up of 60% water. If we don’t drink enough of it, we dehydrate – this leads to headaches, constipation, sluggishness, poor memory and lack of focus, depressive moods, and poor skin.
 
So – if you want your skin to look good, your organs to function well, your blood to be hydrated and your digestion to improve, your memory and mind to be clear and sharp, and feel re-energised and full of vitality - drink water.
 
Water helps us to remove stress and toxins from our bodies. You may feel that you drink enough liquids like tea and coffee, juice etc every day to compensate for drinking just water, but your body has to work hard to filter out all of the toxins and substances from those drinks.
 
Drinking pure water allows your bodies organs and systems to function normally, help them by not overworking them! Try to drink filtered or bottled water, as tap water is full of chemicals too.
 
The recommended daily ‘dose’ is 1 to 2 litres, spread over the day. Avoid drinking too much in one go. If you exercise or do a lot of physical work – raise your intake.
 
If you don’t want to feel and look like a wrinkled old prune – drink water every day!
