Bluesky International offers training which develops individuals to have
the capability to use coaching & mentoring in independent or in house
practice, managers and leaders in their everyday role. One of the competences
required is taking responsibility for your own well being. During this training
session, Tracy provides delegates with an upper body chair massage treatment
which releases tension and encourages a relaxed state appropriate for positive
conversations during the training programme. I can see clearly the business

All the staff
thoroughly enjoy the treatments Tracy has provided at the end of each term.
When the blank time slots are left out in the staff room, they are always
filled up within minutes. In such a busy place as a school, this time of relaxation
is very much appreciated by everyone.
Without exception, all the
staff are so positive and complimentary after the treatment. They feel so
relaxed after being able to completely switch off during the treatment.
Staff appreciate this
gesture and with little effort to organise and low cost, it is a very
worthwhile idea to show the school’s appreciation for the work the adults do in
school.
We have booked Tracy at the
end of each term for the past 18 months. The treatments offer tremendous value
for money as many staff can receive the treatments for a low level of cost to
the school.
