The therapies I offer are suitable for people of all ages and needs. Many of my clients are in care, or have problems seeing to do their nails, or bending to care for their feet. Others have massage and reflexology to help with their circulation and maintain a positive sense of well being.
HOLISTIC TREATMENTS - As we get older, we need more help with problems such as joint mobility, circulation, muscle & skin tone, and support for the lymphatic system which helps our bodies to remove toxins and waste. This also applies to people with disabilities who are unable to move around as much, have lost mobility in their joints and whose circulatory & lymphatic systems are sluggish and stagnant. Treatments such as massage and reflexology help with depression, anxiety and insomnia, restoring your sense of well-being as well as supporting your bodies systems.
Beauty treatments - If you are looking for a'pick me up' and want to look and feel your best, see the range of treatments available. Manicure, pedicure, facials, massage and reflexology are the most popular treatments, however any treatment on this website can be booked.
Some elderly or disabled people cannot take care of some aspects of personal hygiene, such as keeping their nails trimmed and taking care of their feet. Manicures & pedicures help to ensure that they are checked regularly and kept clean and tidy. I work with groups and individuals to maintain hand and feet care. Mobile service / care for the elderley and disabled
As many elderly & disabled people are unfit to travel due to poor mobility or disability, many go without treatments that can help to improve their well being. These can support the body's systems, boost immunity and aid the body's ability to heal itself. If you are unable to travel, are disabled or in care in Cheltenham, The Cotswolds, and Gloucestershire, I can come to you. If you are in medical care ie. in hospital, I can treat you there providing medical consent has been given prior to treatment. A detailed consulation will be carried out to check that you are able to have a treatment, and to tailor the treatment for your individual needs.
If you have an elderly parent or family member in care, I can visit them there to provide a suitable treatment.
Care home / retirement centre therapy days
I provide 'therapy days' to clients in care or rest homes. I also offer other treatment such as Hopi Ear Candling and Reiki healing by arrangement with fellow therapists.
A fuel charge is levied beyond 10 miles from Cheltenham, starting from £5.00 accordingly.
